Important

Nothing implied or inferred within these pages or through telephone conversations, or any form of correspondence will be taken as an inducement for anything other than time and companionship, all monies exchanged with a X-Models companion is for time and companionship only.

Cancellation

Cancellation in last minute from Escorts side, 30% will be deducted without any valid strong reasons such as illness, death, or force major situations.

If a date needs to be cancelled from clients side for a reason, such as illness, changes in business-schedule, delays in transportation etc we will apply the deposit paid for a next booking or in certain cases a refund will be given (see Refund of Booking Deposit). Already paid flights will be postponed, if possible. For very last minute cancellations where the lady is already on the way we will have to deduct 10% handling fee plus her transportation-/accommodation costs from your payment. We can not refund transportation cost in this case.

If the Agency needs to cancel/postpone a booking for the reason of illness, with some time notice we will offer to meet with another companion, if this is not possible we will apply the deposit/flight-ticket for a next booking. A last minute cancellation from our side will keep us responsible for lost travel payment and we will pay the flight for your Lady at your next booking. Your paid deposit will also apply to a next booking or in certain cases a refund will be given (See Refund of Deposit Payment)

Refund of Deposit Payments

If for any reason your date has to be postponed, and with at least one week notice, we will refund the paid deposit on request, keeping 10% as a handling fee. For cancellations of 3 to 5 days prior the date, we do refund up to 25%. Booked flights will tried to be postponed. if you agree to apply the paid deposit to a next booking we will not charge any handling fee.

For last minute cancellations we do not refund the deposit paid, but apply 40% of the amount paid as a deposit balance for your next booking, 10% will be kept as a handling fee. We are not responsible for lost airfare in this case.

Payments

We accept payments via visa and master card through paypal, bank wire, western union and money gram.
All personal details given to handle payments will NOT be kept at X-Models.

Cash must be handed to the lady within the first ten minutes following introduction.
The rates quoted for the escort do not include travel expenses, and this must be refunded to the escort on their arrival for bookings outside central London. Airport bookings incur a surcharge of £50 or more to cover travel expenses. We will always let you know the exact cost in advance.
There is a two-hour minimum booking charge at Heathrow and a three-hour booking charge for Gatwick and outside the M25 motorway.
Bookings with couples attract an additional cost of up to £100 per hour.
Overnight rates apply only to booking within London. For overnight bookings outside the M25 there may be an additional charge. Overnight bookings to other European cities will be be charged at the ladies daily rate to cover travel time, this includes all booking to Paris, Brussels etc.
Outcall appointments after midnight will attract extra costs for ladies' taxi fare in addition to her fees.
Outcall rates are based on appointments in Central London. Appointments outside Central London will require a minimum booking of 3 hours and reimbursement of travelling costs.
If either, or both parties, at the start of the booking feel the booking to be unsuitable for whatever reason the booking may be terminated without prejudice.
For last minute cancellation of bookings a £50 cancellation fee will apply.
Most escorts are available for international bookings. All travel and accommodation must be provided in addition to the fee. Please call for further details.

Guarantees

As mentioned before, we do our best to get the lady of your choice to you on time (we are not responsible for flight delays and rush hour traffic). We will never send “a replacement”, and guarantee that the Lady you have chosen and booked will be the one who shows up. The ladies at X-Models are personally selected by me and must meet the exacting standards of the society before they are accepted as a female member. However, once admitted we are very confident of our high standards that we offer an exclusive guarantee of quality and authenticity to all our members for each encounter. If the companion you select is not as described and not as presented in her profile, you will politely inform her within the first 10 minutes of her arrival that she is not what you were expecting and she will graciously depart. If you exercise this option in such circumstances, there will be zero cancellation fee and we will immediately refund the amount to your account with no questions asked. In case that you need to cancel due to any other reasons, our standard cancellation policy and fee will apply and the balance of the fee you have already paid for the engagement will then be credited to your account.
